Marcus was extremely helpful! He let me know exactly how long it would take and even called me to let me know it would be longer. He worked hard to make sure my car was done the day I dropped it off. I have seen staff come and go and still receive the highest customer service ever. John Brown, Service Manager has been and maintained the up most professional courtesy throughout the years. My new 300 S (5 months) had a oil switch pressure sensor circuit fail. My service advisor, Ben Kary, was outstanding, including my mechanic. Great job everyone! More

Does anyone know what they are doing at this place??!!! They are all clueless and never call you back. I have been there 3 times alrady and I have gotten nowhere!!!Also,when they pulled my Jeep around afte They are all clueless and never call you back. After complaining that my car was in for the 5th time for the same problem because they broke something new each time it was in (literally, dash, window crank, console, etc.) Steve Christy told me personally "We see over 100 people a day. We can't make everyone happy. I guess you're just one of those people." 5 times???? "I'm sure your situation is unique. We can't do that to everybody," he said. Funny Steve, on my way out I bumped into a lady complaining about a 3rd visit for the same problem! <br><br>I tried their parts department a couple years later (for the same car) after they moved locations and changed names - and it took them 2 tries to get the right part and over charge me for it.
