Really great to work with I didn't have an appointment. But when my wife's car wouldn't start, I took it to LHM Jeep. Within 2 hours I had received a call with a diagnosis. I didn't have an appointment. But when my wife's car wouldn't start, I took it to LHM Jeep. Within 2 hours I had received a call with a diagnosis. On two separate occasions I have found items in the engine compartment that have not been properly tightened or are in fact missing a bolt or nut. Most recently on inspecting the work when I got home I found two bolts for the computer control(s) support mount lying loose on the trim ledge at the wiper location. As far as I could tell these two bolts are the only means of attachment of the support to the engine compartment. Fortunately i found the bolts and I was able to put them on the mounting brackets before any damaged occurred. It's such a simple thing and minimal quality control would avoid a situation, which left undetected, could have cause serious problems. More

Chrysler Jeep support My issue is not with the service dept, Marcus Reif, as always, is great to work with. I brought my jeep in due to problem with elect./computer wa My issue is not with the service dept, Marcus Reif, as always, is great to work with. I brought my jeep in due to problem with elect./computer warning lights on dash. Initially the icons came up and there was a notice saying "service discontinued and check gauges". I called service immediately and was told to bring the jeep in . When I got back into the car everything seemed fine and no waring lights came up. Came in to service and had the electronics diagnostic module checked. We decided to leave the jeep so that the tech could test drive and see if the problem showed up again. After two days and test drives, no problems. It appears the issue may be in the front controller and it may need to be replaced. OK , I'm good with that. The replacement part has a 6 Month back order. Not Good. I am a bit concerned that the Manufacturer can not provide a major dealership with a more efficient support system and not expect a 6 mo. backorder on replacement parts to be acceptable. So now I just have to hope the problem was a fluke and the vehicle is ok for the next 6 mos. More

We had our “new to us”Jeep Wranger for some items to be done :she kept us informed and very adeptly got the “job done”!
