Very unsettling experience with service center. Overall, my impression is that their communication with the customer is poor at best, and shady at worst. Dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday evening, for a Thursday morning appointment. I had to reach out to the Michael for any kind of communication. I was told the problem was fixed, I asked him to go out and try again. Michael came back and stated you are correct it is not working. He stated that he will need to send it Chevy. I reached back out to Michael on Friday asking what he had heard. He said I will hear something back by Tuesday. Never was offered a loaner since they will have to keep my vehicle. We have to spend over a $100 to rent a vehicle. Well the service advisor at the Chevy dealership reached out to us to ask US what the problem was due to the lack of communication. The service advisor called me from Chevy to let us know the vehicle is ready for pick up. Eventually Michael sent me a text saying they will pick it and I could pick up the vehicle from him. Mind you not once did Michael communicate with us to let us know that it will not be covered under our comprehensive TOTAL CARE AUTO vehicle service contract, AND THAT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR A SOFTWARE UPDATE. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE SERVICE TO BE DONE!!! I DID CONTACT TONY THE "SERVICE DIRECTOR" HE AGREED THAT MICHAEL HAD A LACK OF COMMUNICATION. IF I AGREED TO THE CHARGE I WOULD 'VE BEEN OK WITH REACHING INTO THE POCKET BOOK. BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH LARRY H MILLER. I WILL BE POSTING ALL THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND MICHAEL TO SHOW THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND HOW WE NEVER AGREED TO THE CHARGE.! WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISTMENT. More

On SAT 13 FEB, I discovered—the hard way—that the mobile windshield repair company that replaced my cracked windshield a few weeks prior, replaced my windshield arms discovered—the hard way—that the mobile windshield repair company that replaced my cracked windshield a few weeks prior, replaced my windshield arms on the wrong sides. They were hitting the hood. After the thinking about the lack of “follow through” with this mobile repair service, I decided to see if the service department at Larry Miller could schedule a future appointment, but to my happy surprise, Chris was able to have the arms switched in less than 1 hour, and I was on my way to follow-up on the rain damage that the tow truck company caused inside my windshield-less van in JAN. *Super happy with Chris and the service team at Larry Miller!* Very disappointed with the mobile windshield repair co. Dropped off my car today for the same issue as 3 previous visits. Got a call from Marcus telling me I can pick up my car as they got my sunroof closed but were unable to look at it because the 2 employees th visits. The first time I took my car here for this they said they do not see anything wrong and cleaned the tracks then sent me on my way. Next time, I am sorry but the one guy that fixes this issue is off. Sent me home without assistance and I had to cover my car with a tarp until it would close. Third time, guy not in, same thing, go home without help. The only bright side was Carlos who tried so hard to help me. Go to any other Mopar Service Center you can find, they want to make sure they take care of you unlike Larry H Miller!!!!!! More

this is Dodge # for me... always same dealership. Michael Maxwell explains all in easy terms, promptly got back with needed to be done data, kind and patient,and polite .. Mr Michael and all staff were very prescise with Covid requirements.... very aware of 6 foot edict as they went about the areas about the customer/staff area. Service person asked if I was driving with the windows down during a rain storm. Then asked if I was doing something under the hood to cause the leakage. By this time I was very pissed. He took the car in and said he'd call when ready. He called and I returned to see my car in a parking area with the doors open, motor running, heater going full blast. I checked the floor mats front and back and they were still soaked with water. I went inside and asked what was going on. The service person said they found the origin of the leak in the engine compartment. A factory tube from the air conditioner was faulty. I asked why didn't they remove the wet floor mats, said it wasn't warranted. Did not pay for my rental, although it was a factory problem. I WOULD NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE DEPT AGAIN. Came down from the mountain for a turn around trip and realized I was due for an oil change. Called and spoke with Michael, and he was delighted to pencil me in that day. Went through a run down of everything I wanted. Fast forward to less than an hour and I was out. Michael expressed concerns about my check engine light, which I knew about as my Cummins is anything but factory. If and when I'm due and in town again, that goes for anything I need, I will be seeing Michael at LHM. Thanks again Mikey! More
