Was able to make my appointment on line, showed up and only waited 2 hours for service. While waiting, was offered Coffee, water, and snacks. I was able to do some work on my laptop while waiting and didn only waited 2 hours for service. While waiting, was offered Coffee, water, and snacks. Our greeting and the service writer were great.
