Does anyone know what they are doing at this place??!!! They are all clueless and never call you back. I have been there 3 times alrady and I have gotten nowhere!!!Also,when they pulled my Jeep around afte They are all clueless and never call you back. I have been there 3 times alrady and I have gotten nowhere!!!Also,when they pulled my Jeep around after looking at the soft top issue, it had a new scratch on the paint and I never got an apology or an offer to get it taken care of!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! More

After complaining that my car was in for the 5th time for the same problem because they broke something new each time it was in (literally, dash, window crank, console, etc.) Steve Christy told me personally "We see over 100 people a day. We can't make everyone happy. I guess you're just one of those people." 5 times???? "I'm sure your situation is unique. We can't do that to everybody," he said. Funny Steve, on my way out I bumped into a lady complaining about a 3rd visit for the same problem! <br><br>I tried their parts department a couple years later (for the same car) after they moved locations and changed names - and it took them 2 tries to get the right part and over charge me for it. Some things never change I guess...<br> More
