He called us on the day we bought the car to tell us his GM was authorizing him to offer us full Blue Book value for our 2004 Saturn VUE. That brought us right in. From there, we did a test drive, the paper work, met with Tommy in F & I and drove our brand new Jeep Patriot home. We have never regretted a minute. Having sold Buicks in Pittsburgh in 1986, I really appreciated the way this dealership does business. They put Customer Satisfaction 1ST and everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Great Customer Service, Friendliness, Price & Overall Experience - I talked to Steve in Internet Sales about finding a small SUV type vehicle to use for Animal Rescue Transportation. I was interested in a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo that was on the Used Car list on the Tucson Jeep website. I went down to meet Steve and check out the Rodeo and when I got there someone was already in Finance purchasing the vehicle. Steve and Harry were determined to help me find a vehicle to meet my needs. They showed me a 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade that had been taken in on trade. I really liked the Liberty and ended up purcshasing it. After all was said and done, I actually purchased the Liberty for less than I would have paid for the Isuzu Rodeo. I believe that the Jeep is a much better product than the Isuzu. Steve and Harry were always very professional, easy to get in touch with, and promply returned my calls. From start to finish, Steve's sales tactics were very low preasure. He wasn't pushy at all, I feel like he sincerely just wanted to make sure I got into a vehicle that best suited my needs at the best price possible. Mission Accomplished :) Quality of Work: As part of my deal there were some Mechanical things that needed attention. The vehicle was sent to the Service Department for repairs prior to delivery. The Service Department kept me well informed on where they were on the repairs. Parts were also ordered and were received in a timely manner. Does anyone know what they are doing at this place??!!! They are all clueless and never call you back. I have been there 3 times alrady and I have gotten nowhere!!!Also,when they pulled my Jeep around afte They are all clueless and never call you back. I have been there 3 times alrady and I have gotten nowhere!!!Also,when they pulled my Jeep around after looking at the soft top issue, it had a new scratch on the paint and I never got an apology or an offer to get it taken care of!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! More

After complaining that my car was in for the 5th time for the same problem because they broke something new each time it was in (literally, dash, window crank, console, etc.) Steve Christy told me personally "We see over 100 people a day. We can't make everyone happy. I guess you're just one of those people." 5 times???? "I'm sure your situation is unique. We can't do that to everybody," he said. Funny Steve, on my way out I bumped into a lady complaining about a 3rd visit for the same problem! <br><br>I tried their parts department a couple years later (for the same car) after they moved locations and changed names - and it took them 2 tries to get the right part and over charge me for it.
