Horrible experience on both customer service and vehicle service. My initial appointment was rescheduled less than and hour before my car was scheduled to be looked at. On two occasions I was told my vehicl service. My initial appointment was rescheduled less than and hour before my car was scheduled to be looked at. On two occasions I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up so I drove to the dealership (40 minutes from where I live) only to find out the vehicle was not ready. Spent an astronomical amount of money. I have since had another mechanic look over the services who believes that the car was misdiagnosed and the two of the three parts replaced were unnecessary. I have also made THREE attempts to contact the dealership (general manager, service manager, and service tech) to follow up with no response. More

Hubby and I bought 2cars and extended warranties with cash! But that doesn’t protect you from damage done accidentally by service crew that try to cover it up with PAINT! Although we asked for small ja cash! But that doesn’t protect you from damage done accidentally by service crew that try to cover it up with PAINT! Although we asked for small jar of matching paint incase of ding in future, we weren’t given it, So, how does the painted damage match my cars color exactly? They are responsible and need to do right. Can’t believe their answer. Still hoping for correct actions. What say you Chrysler??? More
