Service center is very nice. Offers TV (do wish they would pick better channels and fix the audio delay), free water, cookies, fruit and comfortable chairs. Of course, free WiFi is always important. They got me in, shuttled me home and back to the dealer when the car was done, and to my delight and complete surprise, they hooked my front bumper on my PT Cruiser back up where it belongs!! pleasure to go there, i was there for a recall on my jeep wrangler. tom told me how long it would take , if i would like a home and he would have me picked up when it was finished. i decided to stay . very n wrangler. tom told me how long it would take , if i would like a home and he would have me picked up when it was finished. i decided to stay . very nice waiting area, 2 tv's coffee and snacks vending machines. very clean area, spoke with a few salesmen. very friendly place. i would recomend Larry Miller to friends and relitives and friends. i had liked this dealership so much that i have purchased a 2013 dodge challanger and a 2013 jeep wrangler this year More

I bought the used car last March and had Alex as the salesman. He went beyond what I would consider the "Norm" to meet my needs. I brought my new Chrysler Town & Country in because of a recall. I had no problem getting a quick appointment and Steve did a very good job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. I went in to have an oil change done on my truck the service advisor was very helpful until we made him honor a price they adertised. After that he had attitude and was rude. Then when the truck was d service advisor was very helpful until we made him honor a price they adertised. After that he had attitude and was rude. Then when the truck was done I asked if the tires had beeen rotated and he said yes. When I got home I realized they had not rotated the tires and he had lied to me. That is why car repair places have a bad name because they are dishonest. I spoke with the service manager and he said I could bring it back and have it done. Which I did drove 50 miles again because they lied. The service manager never came out to apologize or try to make there dishonest service right. This is bad cuatomer service and shows that even managment is ok with lieing to customers. I will warn people of there bad service and tell them to find someone else to go to. More
