I brought my new Chrysler Town & Country in because of a recall. I had no problem getting a quick appointment and Steve did a very good job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. I went in to have an oil change done on my truck the service advisor was very helpful until we made him honor a price they adertised. After that he had attitude and was rude. Then when the truck was d service advisor was very helpful until we made him honor a price they adertised. After that he had attitude and was rude. Then when the truck was done I asked if the tires had beeen rotated and he said yes. When I got home I realized they had not rotated the tires and he had lied to me. That is why car repair places have a bad name because they are dishonest. I spoke with the service manager and he said I could bring it back and have it done. Which I did drove 50 miles again because they lied. The service manager never came out to apologize or try to make there dishonest service right. This is bad cuatomer service and shows that even managment is ok with lieing to customers. I will warn people of there bad service and tell them to find someone else to go to. More
