Electrical Problem - Really Poor Service Need to post this review to update my previous reviews. Had my Dodge Journey for 6 months and had to bring in to the service due to a ridiculous probl Need to post this review to update my previous reviews. Had my Dodge Journey for 6 months and had to bring in to the service due to a ridiculous problem with the Rear DVD video system. I originally had worked directly with the Chrysler Executive team to set up the appointment, extra time needed to troubleshoot, rental car, etc. I was suppose to have a walk in - drive out (rental car) appointment when I showed up. Instead, I got the displeasure of dealing with Steve and Amber. Who made it clear from the beginning that customer service was something they never learned. Steve was almost rude about me being there, he didn't seem to have any clue about it even though I know for a fact the Chrysler Exec team personally called the service department and set up everything. After listening to Steve basically throw everyone under the bus including the service manager, the GM and Chrysler, we found out that it was this Amber that took the call and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing with the information. I mean nothing. So 3 hours later, I finally got a ride over to get the rental car. Of course that was after getting to deal with Amber - who has no business every speaking to a customer. She has zero clue about how to speak to people or deal with customers. Another 2 hours and I had a rental car. Finally. Only 5 hours sitting at the dealership while Steve looked at me like he didn't even know I was there. Again - zero customer service skills. So then I posted on Facebook about the experience and got a voicemail from the Service Manager saying he would call me as soon as he got back from his trip (he was just getting on a flight). And that the GM would call me also about my experience. Never heard from Seth until I called him. 2 days later. I gave him plenty of time to call. This was an ongoing theme during my 8 weeks that the car was in service. That is 8 weeks straight without having the car while I continued to make payments while driving a rental car that was half the price of what I was paying for. 8 weeks. I would have to always initiate contact with them. Rarely did they call me without me calling them. If they did, it would be for Steve to call and tell me everything was fine (4 times) because he seriously did not get the problem. Even though I could not have been more clear when I showed it to him personally when I brought the vehicle in. So eventually, I get a call from Chrysler saying they are going to buy the vehicle back. I would get every penny I spent from day one. I thought this was really great of them and very cool. Then I got to go the process of them buying the car back. For the most part it was OK but the people at Impartial Services were just nasty and rude. Then it turns out - the only money I don't get back? Guess who refused to refund the entire amount? Larry H Miller directly. Turns out he owns the extended warranty company TotalCare who even though Chrysler would of paid me back 100% for an extended Chrysler warranty, Total Care refused. Which really is Larry H Miller Dodge in Surprise refusing. Eventually I had to go back into the dealer to sign the final documents and while the girl that I signed them with was pleasant, she could not have cared less of what I went through, that my car was a lemon, they i had a bad experience. Nothing. Just didn't give a crap. Even commented several times that you are taking a huge risk when you buy a car because so many of them are junk. Seth was called in again to do a walk around on the vehicle and was clearly visibly annoyed with the lady and myself. I have no reason why but he was really rude and nasty that day. Explains a lot about how the customer service works in the service department since he runs it. Oh yeah - to this day - I have NEVER heard word one from the GM. If that doesn't speak volumes to you as a potential buyer, I don't know what will. Clearly he could care less about my experience. I hate blasting a Surprise business as I want them to thrive but I could never recommend Larry H Miller (the company) or Larry H Miller in Surprise to anyone. More

1st time I actually received great service at this dealershi I thought I would give this dealership 1 last try since it is so close to home. Also, he explained everything to me and made me feel like he appreciates my business. In the past I felt like I was a bother and had to call to see if my car was ready and . When I went to pick it up they afterlife I was bothering them and never even said thank you. Duanne needs to be the trainer for providing.g great customer service. The Parts Department made sure to work with my to select the proper cover for my particular truck and my needs. Once the parts came in (by the way, they arrive precisely when the parts department said they would) I was able to set an appointment around my schedule and it was very prompt. I arrived at the dealership dropped off my vehicle and left for my workout. When I got back there was still a little waiting to do however when the truck rolled out it looked fantastic. I am extremely happy with my experiences at LHM Surprise and will continue to visit Steve anytime my Ram has a need. More
