What Excellent Service Looks Like Safe Lite installed a new windshield for the second time and would not install a new seal stating "Chrysler will not reimburse" for it and besides, " Safe Lite installed a new windshield for the second time and would not install a new seal stating "Chrysler will not reimburse" for it and besides, " it wasn't necessary". After a heavy rain with the car sitting at the airport for 9 days, it was proven that it was necessary. The rain fried the electronics panel and water was swishing around inside the dashboard not to mention, I had to drive home about 45 miles not realizing at first I had no headlights or turn signals and it became dark very soon. It was a holiday weekend so I had to wait until Tuesday morning to take the car to dealership, leaving me three days to replay the statement in my head that a new seal was "not necessary". By the time I got to the dealership, I was spitting nails. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Nathan (Service Manager). Nathan said not to worry, they would check it out, keep me posted and get me back in my 2014 Grand Cherokee and on my way as soon as possible. Long story short, Nathan took all of the stress out of the entire situation, working with SafeLite,, who admitted fault and picked up the tab for the entire bill. The most important part of this whole ordeal was the impeccable customer service and follow up from Nathan. I travel for business and was leaving for the airport again as soon as I dropped off the car. Being out of town with limited availability just added stress to the situation. Nathan called me constantly with updates easing the stress, but what I was really impressed with was the fact that even though I was not his only customer, he called when he said he would even if it was just to tell me he was waiting on someone else or that he just had no new information. I have experienced excellent service in the past but Nathan gives new meaning to above and beyond! I have been a leader in customer service industry for many years and hands down, Nathan is what customer service is all about! Thank you, Nathan for taking all of the stress and worry out of a bad situation! NOTE: it should be noted that Nathan's manager is a condescending jerk, talks down to his employees, acting as if he didn't have time to take care of something for the customer (me), right in front of me!!! I don't know his name but may I suggest you place him in a non-customer facing role (including internal customers) such as lot jockey or running cars through the wash. Definitely should not be anywhere near customers or have the privilege of supervising others. I know the car business generally is quite shrewd but part of that is knowing your audience and surroundings and treating people with respect! More

A very nice man indeed and we had good conversations both ways. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was no charge to get a new battery because it was still under warranty. Overall an excellent experience ! More

Both times the service personnel kept me apprised of the scope and steps required to complete the updates. Not only is the attention to detail appreciated, but the friendly family atmosphere of your waiting area make for a comfortable and easy wait. More

Dedicated to service After purchasing my Challenger I had a spoiler and deck stripes added to make it a little more sporty, Initially I was very upset as after I picked i After purchasing my Challenger I had a spoiler and deck stripes added to make it a little more sporty, Initially I was very upset as after I picked it up and had taken it home I noticed that the newly painted spoiler's paint was now chipped to the base where the stripes had been cut in, the deck stripes had bubbles underneath in several areas of the car, and a couple other issues that weren't right. When I called Seth I was not in the best of moods because of this and he had me bring the car right back so he could look at it. He apologized profusely for the issues and we agreed to work together to make it right and live up the Larry H. Miller name. A week or so later, after keeping me updated about the possible schedule, I dropped my car off in exchange for a loaner vehicle Seth had arranged for me so I would be able to get around. While we only expected it to be a couple days (though we both understood that as much time as needed should be taken) Seth called me around the end of day 3 to say that the spoiler was redone beautifully but he had some concerns about the stripes and would like to take a few extra days in order to take the workman's advice (whom Seth consulted before calling me) to let the vinyl settle and we could evaluate it together. I agreed and met him at the dealership a couple days later. I am now very happy! The work is beautiful and gets me many compliments, The concerns I had over not being taken care of were blown away when my new car rolled out and had been not only redone with high quality in mind but detailed to a higher standard than when I bought it. I really appreciate the time, care, and concern Seth showed when working with me and the fact that he seemed to be as upset as I was about the condition it left in the first time. He takes pride in his work as well as his company's name and I don't doubt that I will be taken care of to the highest degree when he is involved, I will not leave with streaky windows or messed up workmanship under his watchful, detail oriented eye again.
