Finding the problem Being sold a brand new vehicle you would think that they check all the fluids to make sure they were full. Well they were not. Everything taken care of I scheduled my first oil change that came complimentary with my 2016 jeep purchase this summer. The day before my scheduled apt I received a recall n I scheduled my first oil change that came complimentary with my 2016 jeep purchase this summer. The day before my scheduled apt I received a recall notice in the mail re: windshield wiper issues. When I arrived for my oil change, I showed the gentleman my recall notice. It was the first time seeing the recall notice for my jeep but they still took care of it immediately without me having to schedule another / seperate apt. The service department also helped me with a key issue. I feel like I got so much accomplished in just one apt. Thank you! More
