Honest people I came in with a brake issue. Seth got my truck in and in about an hour came back and said all I needed was the brakes cleaned. Another dealership I u I came in with a brake issue. Very good service I originally posted a negative review due to not rotating the tires. They couldn't find the lugnut key ,which was in the glove box compartment. Naturally when we needed a new car Larry Miller Dodge was our first (and only) choice. That was in 2000, since then we've purchased 3 more cars from Larry Miller in Peoria and Surprise. Oh, by the way; Our Dodges we brought to AZ were from a Dodge dealer in Colorado. We don't see usinfg any other dealer in our future. More
Warranty work as promised I had a premature wear on the seat of my 2014 jeep that was still under warranty. They looked, identified it and told me they had ordered the parts a I had a premature wear on the seat of my 2014 jeep that was still under warranty. They looked, identified it and told me they had ordered the parts and listed them on my report. 3 weeks later I called to ask about this install and they had no record of the parts being ordered. Fortunately the notes were complete. The parts dept ordered the new seat cover and called me when it came in and I scheduled a visit. Because it is difficult the installation took the better part of a full day, but I'm satisfied. More
