Kept me informed on the progress of the repair and even checked to see how we could save some money. Completed the repair on time and at a lower cost than he earlier quoted. Haven't had the most pleasant experience with some dealers in the past but my experience with Larry Miller in Surprise was excellent. Would not hesitate to use them again for service work. More
Service Excellence We took our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Surprise to get our left side sliding door evaluated as it was making so We took our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Surprise to get our left side sliding door evaluated as it was making some odd noise and would occasionally not shut/re-open when we used the interior button. As per normal, were arrived a little early for the appointment, and the staff was fantastic. Michael Queen our service representative listened took notes and provided a time estimated with explanation of the procedure to identify and correct the problem. He then got me a ride home as it would take several hours. He later called me a little earlier than expected and informed me that they had found and fixed the issue on that door, but also check the right side door and determined that module also needed replacing, although it was not yet as bad as the left door. The had the one module so they had replaced the left door and ordered the right door module replacement. When we picked up the vehicle later that day, he again went over the issue in detail and let us know they would call when the other module was received and schedule the repair date/time. This was a warranty issue and was part of the explanation. We have had Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth minivans since 1988. Being retired military, have dealt with dealers in Virginia, Maryland, Hawaii, Virginia, Colorado, and New Mexico. All of the dealerships were good, but Larry H Miller's Surprise AZ Chrysler dealership and Adams Chrysler in Annapolis MD both exceeded our high expectations immensely and we will use and recommend them to everyone we meet in the future. As a customer, I could want more!!! More

Firmware change on PCM reduced mpg by 4 reduced power ontowing my Airstream and created an excessive lagoon take off. If I can’t get a chip then I’ll get rid of it probably for Gmc Denali 2020 with 10 speed Allison. Larry More
