We haven't had any problems in the past, but this last time they ordered the wrong parts for warranty work on my Jeep. It wasted half of our day and my Jeep still is not fixed. My service advisors have all been great. They take awesome care of me and my vehicle. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their corporate people keep tying their hands and not letting t awesome care of me and my vehicle.
