In Jan 2019 bought a jeep 2018 used with few mileage bought warranty, in Oct 2019 we took it because the steering wheel controls were given alert and we were told that control needed to be changed. Then we're told that a part needed to be ordered and it be ready in Dec. we called and were told part won't be ready until March and even then they don't promise they'll have the part. Attitude is that they can't do anything about it and that the car is going to be 1year old in january. ,could not believethat to be the answer of the manager. Plus they did not put it back together the steering wheel has the hardness loose. Very poor service .another time when I took car for oil change and change a tire that had a screw. I was told they didn't have tire but that they did tire rotation and oil change. I went home my husband asked how it went so i told him what was said and done. He went to check car and came and told me dealer could not have done tire rotation because tire with nail in the same place. Then I wonder if oil was even done. Would I buy a car jeep with Chrysler I don't think so. I don't want to be treated like an idiot More

Had a yellow engine lite alert. Called and the service department found a way to fit me in to get the last analyzed. They were very busy, but they made sure I got an appointment. No attention to detail We took in my mother-in-law's 2011 Chryler 300C for a recall issue. We told the service adviser that three tires needed to be inflated. When we pick We took in my mother-in-law's 2011 Chryler 300C for a recall issue. We told the service adviser that three tires needed to be inflated. When we picked up the car, they had forgotten to inflate the tires. They took the car back into the bay and over inflated the tires, which were cold. Three were inflated to 39 lbs. and one was 40 lbs. The pressure for a cold tire for that vehicle year should be 30 lbs. as per the information on the inside of the driver's door. The adviser looked inside the door and agreed. I was very disappointed with their lack of attention to detail. A mistake such as this could have been catastrophic at highway speed. I asked to speak with the dealership manager. I was informed he was not currently available, as he could not be found. I stated I would wait. Someone came to speak with me, introduced himself as a service manager. I spoke with him, at the end of the conversation I asked for his business card. At which time, he left, came back with a card indicating he is an adviser. He explained he was a manger, had been one for six months, but his card was not yet updated. The website also indicates he is an adviser, not a manager. I later called the dealership and asked to speak with the general manager, Marshal Clark. Unavailable at the time, I left him a voicemail stating I would like to discuss my disappointment with my recent experience at his dealership. It has been well over two weeks and I have not received a call back. We had considered purchasing a car there, and would have brought it back for regular maintenance. We will no longer be doing such and will not recommend the dealership for multiple obvious reasons. More
