A few years ago after being rudely treated at a large dealership I was fortunate to find Larry Miller in Surprise. As soon as I walked in I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by Micky. He was honest and transparent and has never spoken down to me, although I know very little about car engines. Larry Miller has service a lot of work on my vehicle both warrantied and not warrantied. He has always given me the impression he is doing the best he can for me. The last time I was in I learned from my new service representative Kyle that Micky was promoted. I was not surprised. Kyle did a very good job in keeping me informed and making sure I was well taken care of while my vehicle was in the shop for a week and the parts were hard to obtain during this time of Covid-19. Whatever Larry Miller is doing to train service representatives like Micky and Kyle I hope they keep it up because it is working. My vehicle is running great. Thank you. More
