We have specialty trained technicians who are able to provide the best maintenance for your vehicles transmission. As we were able to explain, they were not on the floor at the time of your requested service. We were happy to schedule a time when they would be available to service your vehicles transmission. As we have discussed, the staff members you spoke too, were not transmission techs and they would not give you information that they were not completely sure about.
