I’m so disappointed with customer service and the product that you guys offer. Part of my deal was to her 3 years service oil change. I have one more oil change left and you guys do not honor that. I bought my 2016 Ram PU from LHM in 2016 and got the best deal I could get anywhere on the West coast/SW and have continued to take my truck in for regular servicing. They usually have a great deal for maintenance packages to choose from and I have taken advantage of these since purchase. The work I have had done is always perfect, they never try to sell me something I don't need, and get the work done in a reasonable time. This last oil change/maintenance check was done on 3/12 and all finished in less than an hour...including oil change, all points check, tire rotation and wash. Great work at a great price in a reasonable time. Their lobby is also very clean and accommodating with wi-fi, tables and comfortable chairs, plenty of space inside and outside...and even water and snacks. More
