Adriana, we apologize for any confusion that may have occurred; we prefer to properly diagnose the vehicle by following the workshop manual before replacing parts per a guest's recommendation at no charge to the guest. We can replace the components and quote you prices if you would like, but we can't verify they will fix the vehicle. The Body Control Module you wanted us to reprogram is offline and will not program; we can start with replacing that and programming it if you would like. However, we would prefer to diagnose the vehicle properly. Don't hesitate to contact me if you want us to finish diagnosing it at no charge like the previous visit. - Seth England, 623-537-5050
