My experience was in service. I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on t I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on the computer rather acknowledge me standing and waiting to be helped. 3rd person finally acknowledged my presence and then waited over 4 more minutes to find time to help me. Very disappointed in the service dept. Not impressed! More
