Non responsive to my needs and could not get a strait answer on what exactly was wrong or when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. I had to call to find out my vehicle would be ready in about 30 minut answer on what exactly was wrong or when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. I had to call to find out my vehicle would be ready in about 30 minutes and they would send a car to pick me up. Had to call them back the next day to find out what happened. Scheduled to pick it up after work that day. Called to have pick up and Tom said he would send a car but I would not be able to leave with my vehicle due to them closing. I asked for a manager and Tom said there was not a manager on duty. I then asked for the general manager. I was transferred to Mickey. I explained to him how poorly I was treated by the experience and how I was disrespected by Tom. He immediately apologized for what happened and sent a driver to pick me up. I was able to get my vehicle, he apologized again and said thank you. I told Mickey that if the dealership was going to be able to keep my business, it would be due to him and his efforts to get me back in my vehicle. I am still waiting for a call from someone to see if I am important enough as a customer to make an effort to keep my business. More
