I have communicated with both the the sales manager and service manager at your dealership regarding the issues I have experienced. As a person that owns and operates a local business, I am very aware that there is no way to have control over every aspect of the business. However, the lack of professionalism and adequate customer service, leaves much to be desired. The last time I brought my truck in for service I was told you would need it for a couple of days, only to find out after returning from out of town it was not ready with no communication. Then your service department service personal made promises he know he could not keep only to drag the service visit out an entire week. After only a short period of time went by and we discovered your dealership still did not find and correct the issues. We took the truck to an outside vendor only to have the problem discovered and fixed in "one working day". Jesus, you have some real challenges at Larry Miller, however if you dont know about them, you can fix them. Your service is non responsive but Sales does not have a problem picking up the phone trying to sell you something. I think you need to achieve some kind of balance here.
