I scheduled my appointment online two days prior. I showed up half hour early for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours and 45 minutes before I received my truck back the next day. This dealership was extremely unhelpful my warranty had expired by less then 60 days on a service that was going to now cost me $8000 dollars! The service writer would not even call Customer Service he just gave me a number and said you can try… very unsatisfied with the Customer Service!! More

Brought my Jeep Wrangler to Larry Miller Jeep for periodic service. Was informed during service, that it needed three new filters and an axel seal. Late in the day so I opted to leave the vehicle ove periodic service. Was informed during service, that it needed three new filters and an axel seal. Late in the day so I opted to leave the vehicle overnight to be available for axle seal replacement next day. LM indicated next morning that the Jeep was ready for pickup. All personel whom I had contact were very friendly and helpful. Jeep was promptly and efficiently serviced . Larry Miller Jeep personell insured that all work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this dealership and personell. More
