Had the oil changed and windshield washer fluid alert kept coming on. They found broken container and replaced it. Now we had the oil changed again and same problem with washer fluid light. Called for an appointment and told must leave car 3 days. It is our only car and needed to keep cancer treatment appointments. Was told no loaner would be provided and suggested we go to another dealer. I wonder what LH Miller corporate would have to say about that. More
Invoice stated about my concern of a noise on front end. Tech stated that the upper control arm is bad and rubber is torn. I was never told this. on the tech notes it says I declined repair. Was left in dark for 12 hours. Then When I picked up car after 7pm the next day. Was told by TJ, all was repaired or nothing to worry about till next service. They never did check the brakes at the 30 k mile service. This service is 23 miles from my house, I will try another one close to me next time. More

Will never get our business again. "Lost my car" on the lot for a week, took 2.5 weeks to diag and replace motor mounts while I was in a rental car. Mickey in service was the only person who cared and tried to make it right but I am still out 800 for a rental for a $100.00 repair. Now we are finding out that the warranty sold to us is NOT the warranty we thought it was, so everything about this dealership is shady and will never recommend . The wheel warrenty they talked us in to is as useless as the paper it is written on, with another failed promise by the service department to make sure we were put in touch with the wheel repair guy it's been a month and have heard nothing on that front either. IF you do buy from here do NOT buy any warranties buy them elsewhere on your own More
