My lost revenue and 0 customer service is why I will never return. I know they sell $60000 trucks all day but not to me. More

Personable and accommodating I went in for my first oil change on my 6 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I assumed the Express oil change lane would be what it says "express". As I was not familiar with the typical wait time, I didn't know you should bring a book, pack a lunch and make new friends for the almost 2-hour wait. Now that I know, I will come prepared. The good news is Darin was amazing. When he walked in the waiting room, I stopped him to see how much longer (after a one hour wait). He was the same technician that had checked me in. He remembered my name and was very apologetic about the fact that a first oil change takes longer as they check many more items when they do the oil change. He was sorry he hadn't warned me. When my jeep was ready, he came to the waiting room personally to explain what they had done, brought me the invoice and said, no charge today. What??, this was synthetic oil and not cheap. I wish all dealerships cared about their customers and their customer's time as much as Darin showed me. I will be back. Thanks so much. More

Service was unacceptable and Sales/Business Mgr Misleading When I purchased my truck your company sold me a extended warranty stated that it was bumper to bumper. Brought my truck in for service it was a faile When I purchased my truck your company sold me a extended warranty stated that it was bumper to bumper. Brought my truck in for service it was a failed sensor in the exhaust system. Requested that the warranty should cover it and was told that it does not. Not sure how to trust this dealership? The service writer did help on the bill, however when I picked the truck up after 6 days they had left the window open and the inside of my truck was a mess. We just bought a new Lexus for Larry Miller also not sure I will ever buy another car or truck from them. Very unhappy!! More
