I also had a great experience with Oliver who knows everything, you can tell he's seen it all, and Chris who helped me with aftermarket I stall of a cold air intake to get my new Hemi growling! Not Equal to Larry H. Miller Honda This will be my second service with Larry H. Miller Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge service center. I previously owned a Honda, I always had it serviced at Larry H. Miller Honda. After this weekend I'm ready to see if they could service my car. There is no sense of customer service at this location. When I ask to find out, or check on pricing, it's always disregarded, the explanation is they are to busy. I even made an appointment this time to make sure they would have time. I question if they even check everything they say they service. I never had this issue with Honda, I never questioned their integrity, but I expected the same service because they are owned by the same people. But I was wrong, It's unfortunate when people ask about this service center, I have nothing good to say. Maybe they should visit Larry H. Miller Honda to be educated in customer service. More
