I find that different employees give different information regarding service. For example Darrin explained to me that I didn't need oil changes as often since I use synthetic oil. I asked some other employees 3 years ago and they told me to get oil change quarterly. I also had to ask what else I needed for my vehicle, and Darrin told me I should have had something with my fuel line done at 30, ooo miles. It would be helpful for techs to take note of things like that, and inform customers. Not only would that help me, but it would be more sales for LHM. More

Isaac made sure the car got into your day's schedule for diagnosis (An electrical problem, either batter, starter, or connection, etc.), a problem a local repair shop missed the day earlier. I had the car by day's end, yes a long day to sit in your dealership, but the car is now ready for when my wife returns to Brighton in 2 weeks. I would have appreciated a little support on the SLC mask guidance- several folks were sitting boldly in the waiting area without masks. This COVID thing is serious. My wife is an M.D. and sees too many young, healthy people taken down with COVID- very unpredictable. I walked to Scheel's to kill time- and was glared at by the 95% of the folks who wore no mask. thus, your customer waiting area was a bit of a sanctuary. We have used your service department several other times and have been pleased. More
