Darin was nice, but……. I received no call. I arrived to drop off my car and had a specific list of items: Driver and passenger seats were squeaking, asked that they be tightened; engine was very dirty, asked for cleaning; FM radio is coming and going, all other functions work but some wiring seems to be loose; and front passenger bumper that they replaced after an accident several years ago needs to be secured, it has come loose. Darin took my written list of desired services, said immediately that the radio could not be fixed, needed a new one, he had seen that before. I noted the CarPlay, Bluetooth, CD, aux cord all work through the speakers. The FM radio even shows the station and song playing so is obviously receiving. But he stood firm, a whole new radio is needed without any look, check or observation of the system, he already knew money drop on a whole new radio was required. They kept the car overnight and mid morning the next day I received a text about services suggested. Needs Immediate Attention, Bumper Cover: Front Facia Mounting Brackets. I searched online to see what this was and it looks to be an aesthetic addition only, my current bumper does not have this. But to secure the bumper a non-integral, dress up item was the only way to secure the bumper that they put on my car after an accident. Didn’t need that Bumper Cover back then for some reason. Cost was $471.59, I declined. Got a message it was ready and headed down. I asked Darin about the vanity item they suggested and he confirmed that the only way to get the brackets for my current bumper was to add a dressy new bumper cover that they did not need to secure it prior. Now, my bill was zero. Thank you for waiving any fees, however their receipt read and I can see: They could not replicate my squeaky seats, not sure they were tightened at all or even attempted. The engine was blast sprayed but there is oil build up everywhere still and the rubber edging around the block was shot off and I had to reattach. There was zero note about checking the radio function at all and the radio even came on when I was driving home, a simple check of wiring would have been appreciated as that is clearly the issue. I asked Darin about the vanity bumper cover needed to secure my bumper and that they were the ones who put it on in the first place and without said pricey garbage item. He said, oh, that would be handled over in another department. Then why with all of the information I gave him was that not addressed by that other department while my car was there? My receipt even had my note to be contacted prior to the appointment. A simple call prior could have advised me of this and I could have made a different appointment for that department. But no, just someone else needs to look at that. He gave me the keys and I left. I really only got a car wash and a blast of my engine that knocked crap off of it. I guess it was free, right? And! There is some security fob of their’s that was left on my keys. When I called, the lady at the desk said I could kick on back down to drop it off anytime. Told her when I have gas money and free time to waste for the hour down and back trip, I will certainly do. Did I tell you about the time when I had that prior accident and they lost my car on the lot for three days at Christmas? No? Well, add it to the list of reasons not to ever go to this joke of a dealership again. Peace! More

Dropped a hellcat off for service, left it there a week and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but being set up to fail!! Picked the car up and went to a different Dodge dealer for the service. I felt disloyal as I’ve been a loyal LHM customer since 1996. Come back to us Miller family! The new guys are pure CRAP!!! More
Waited several months for an appointment. When I dropped my jeep off for repair it took 3 weeks based on not enough help and scheduling issues. Reached out to service manager on his direct line several times , no call back. Once I did ask for his manager he took my call and said “ it was hard to get back to me because my jeep was next door. Once the repair was done he then sent me a text saying that a part that was needed for a separate issue had not been ordered at the beginning and would take several more days. The work was not completed. I will not recommend nor will I go back. Horrible experience More

Tried to sell me services that I had done on my last service. The tech nore the service writer bothered to check the history of my vehicle. Very disappointed. They showed me a picture of my cabin filter so they had to take the glove box out. When I checked afterwards the damper cord had come out of the out of the damper mechanism, it was very obvious but they did not bother hooking it back up. Just clipped it on like all was good. When all was said and done they asked me to write a perfect review. That would need to be earned. More
