What’s the point of making a service appointment? You make an appointment for your car to be held for 2 weeks, and wait over 20 min for your service advisor to talk to you. I sent a text asking about my car on a Monday with no response. It took a second text for a response that said, “oh I typed your phone number in wrong”. Then made sure that they had all the parts to fix my car, and got a “yes”. So I wait. I then follow up, and I get “oh one of the parts was actually broke”. So just know a service appointment means nothing. More

The service at Larry H Miller in Sandy was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! Long review… My Jeep was at the shop for 3 weeks for a broken cylinder head. It all started with their poor customer service, my “advisor” Colin never answered any of my calls/texts. I had to physically go in and hunt people down for answers. It took them 2 wks to provide me with an answer as to what the issue was on my Jeep. To make things worst, they tried scamming me, I was quoted $4,567 plus tax for my service and when I got a call back they were quoting me $6,569. Fast Forward. They finally got the job done, I pick it up on a Friday. I’m inspecting the vehicle when I realized my passenger seat belt was busted. It would not retract it was completely broken and all my candy was gone which I don’t care for the candy but it’s the principle of it. I go back inside to bring this to their attention I spoke with one of the mangers Steven Patyk who literally rolled their eyes, making faces at our issue, and showed ZERO signs of empathy. I had to wait until Monday because they couldn’t do anything that same day. So ended up having a car with a broken seatbelt for the weekend. Spent all day (Monday) at the shop so they could change the seatbelt, thanks to the higher up manger Chris Reynolds who got involved and got it corrected as it was their mistake. They left my Jeep parked under a tree that resulted in the car being covered in tree sap. My leather seat was never covered with plastic they would just get in and drive off but every other car was covered. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this dealership shop. The manger Steven Patyk was horrible in every way possible. More
Went in for service when a transmission line to cooler was disconnected and sprayed fluid all over the place. The pulled the transmission pan, checked and replaced the transmission pan. Reconnected th was disconnected and sprayed fluid all over the place. The pulled the transmission pan, checked and replaced the transmission pan. Reconnected the same transmission line for a service bill of more than $1300. 3 weeks later the exact same thing happened, this time they wanted to charge me $2700 to replace the transmission lines and the cooler. No thanks Took the Jeep to a different location and they charged me $1400 for the work this dealer should have done in the first place. Will never send another vehicle to this location. More

I am at my witts end. I brought my jeep in for an issue that I feel is quite major when driving a family around. That was last Thursday, almost a week in and I cannot get I brought my jeep in for an issue that I feel is quite major when driving a family around. That was last Thursday, almost a week in and I cannot get ANYONE to call me back. NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA. More frustrating is I had it in about a 1 1/2 months ago and supposedly had a full 30000 mile check up, yet the trouble im having with my ball bearing, or strut (unknown because NO ONE WILL CALL ME!!!!!) was missed? I will not be returning to this location and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Which is a shame. a few years ago they were spot on. The last 3 visits here have been nothing but awful. Im very patient...but seriously! I just dont understand and my trust with Jeep has diminished if not vanished. More
Terrible communication kept truck 4 days for a 10 minute fix. Didn’t get results until I got the service manager involved charged more for the part than their parts dept quoted me charged $315 labor to ins fix.
