I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appt. It was a zoo. I told them I was a "Waiter" and I would be in the building, they told me it would be 1.5 hours. Turns out, my car had been ready for an hour... a full hour later than expected... yet they did not even enter the building to call my name. They texted me, then did not even question if there might be a reason I did not respond (my cell was muted). They KNEW I was in the waiting room, yet did not give me the same courtesy they gave all the other customers to enter the building and look for me. They said they were too busy. Imagine that.
