The recent experience was awful. The car got fixed ok but it was rough getting there. It took three weeks to get it in for a window that wouldn’t stay up. When I said this is a security problem she didn’t care and suggested I could go somewhere else. When I finally got it in she said it may take several days and I could not get a loaner or even rent a car. Only u Uber.. I only have one car. Been coming to this dealer for service and purchase of four cars for nine years. Very very disappointed. Oh and trying to schedule anything on the phone is a nightmare. More

It took more than an hour for a simple oil change; and then the technician forgot to reset my dashboard data. I had to drive 17 miles back to the dealership to get it reset.
