I brought my truck in for service def system. I was told the def pump needed replaced for $2100 dollars. Then I was told that there were contaminants in my tank and the def system needed replaced I was told the def pump needed replaced for $2100 dollars. Then I was told that there were contaminants in my tank and the def system needed replaced for an additional $3400 dollars. I stopped the work and paid a $200 diagnostic and was charged an additional $100 for $37 dollars worth of def fluid. Myself and a mechanic friend replaced the pump for $360 dollars (pump price online) and the rust that I was told that was in the plastic lined def tank was nonexistent. Ripping people off and charging for unnecessary repairs is bad business and you should be ashamed for taking advantage of people. How can you sleep at night knowing you’re thieves!!!!!! More

This visit was the worst customer service I’ve received here in 20 years! My Jeep was in there for nearly 3 weeks for a 3-4 hour job. I called many times, but could never get anyone on the phone in the service department, even calling the parts department and asking to be transferred to the service department. More
I’m very appreciative to the service department. Saturday morning I replaced the fuel filters in my ram 3500. The front filter was leaking, I couldn’t get it to stop. I called service at 2:00pm on a Saturday morning I replaced the fuel filters in my ram 3500. The front filter was leaking, I couldn’t get it to stop. I called service at 2:00pm on a Saturday to ask if I could bring my truck in. I got there at 2:35 pm, talked to the guys they said they would take a look. The mechanic in the back was able to fix a kink I had in the o-ring stopped the leak. It’s now 4:30pm Brandon helps me with delivering my truck back to me. I was so happy at this point I was willing to pay what ever the cost was so I didn’t have to deal with this problem on Monday. They didn’t charge me anything!! To give a dealership 30 minutes notice I was bringing my truck in and have them even take a look at it much less fix it for me, I couldn’t believe it. Thank you to Steve, Brandon, the mechanic and a couple of other guys who’s names I didn’t get, thank you for your customer service!! More
