I went in for a quick recall programming of my trucks computer. Upon registration I was presented with a list of "recommended maintenance. I did not go to this dealership for this advice. With tires included.. their "recommended" maintenance, I would be in almost $2000+ on a 21 Ram truck under50k miles. Then I got a text hinting they would not start the recall service until I read and clicked "not today" on their "immediate actions items needed now" UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL! More
I took my car in because batter issue and was not turning on. Turns out I missed a bolt but when working, they told me other issues like transmission oil but not the alternator. I have to take it back in as on. Turns out I missed a bolt but when working, they told me other issues like transmission oil but not the alternator. I have to take it back in as now more issues and had to pay the diagnostic fee after it was just brought in for "full multi inspection". Could have seen this after battery hooked up that alternator was not working and this place is a money grab. Also, don't forget that their prices are not final as a "shop fee" appears after you get told the total when you go to pay. More
