The Service Writers are very friendly and easy to understand. They explained everything in detail and offered information to ensure that I understood the progams that your dealership offered. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 4x2 and they took care of everything that needed to be done. Afterwards the technician pulled my truck around and explained in detail everything that had been checked or services that had been performed and had there been any services that were required those would have been explained in detail per the Technician. overall it was a great experience. Unlike the other Dodge Service Centers, that I have used I should have gone to LHM first. I would have not had to go thru the issues that the other dealerships put me thru.. thank you again for a Job Well done..! More
I had an exhaust leak coming from the manifold on the right side of the engine. The sales tech told me that both were leaking, "the right side was just worse". The price tag $805. Ridiculous. I decided to show up at the dealer and check it out myself. While inspecting the vehicle with the tech, he explained that it is recommended that they are done in pairs. The left side was in fact NOT leaking. I agree that it is best to do it that way either...but for the sales guy to tell the customer that they are BOTH leaking? Dishonest at best. And don't get me started on price. I understand that all\most dealers\car shops use ALLDATA. While a job may take the tech 1 hour to complete, the dealerships charge what ALLDATA quotes...2.7 hours for example. Again...a farce and a disgrace. More
I came in to have my daughter's car cleaned to remove stains because I do have the Century upholstery coverage. The stains were removed but, if the person had looked at the whole carpet area after clean stains because I do have the Century upholstery coverage. The stains were removed but, if the person had looked at the whole carpet area after cleaning he would have noticed the edges of the doors were dirty(I did point this out to Larry when I left it). I found dirt stains still on the driver side and the rear driver side that needed to be redone after I paid and was ready to leave. They did take care of it rightaway and the wait was not long after finding this but, I was ready to leave and go on to my afternoon appt downtown and ended up running late. I had allowed plenty of time (from 11:15 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.) but, had to wait. I gave a "good" experience on service because there was not a problem to fix it but, "great" would have been earned if it was noticed before I noticed it. Also, it would probably would have been better if the person who brought the car to me just let me inspect it before I left and could have just made the adjustment. Instead, he left and gave me the key and then I walked over to inspect it and then have Larry Larsen come out and check out the spots. If Larry would not have been in the cubicle, I would have had to wait for him and then go to the cashier, etc. I am glad he was in. Just a suggestion to allow customers to check it BEFORE leaving. Also, I am very grateful for the ride BACK to the dealership to pick up my car, I know this is not a service your provide but, I was at the theaters on a hot day and could not walk it. I don't know anyone in that area who could have given me a ride so, I probably will have to go to a dealership downtown or in Murray because I can get around there. My husband works in Murray, and well downtown has all kinds of access. More
I thought the service was excellent, however now I have a check engine light on. I cycled my key three times to get the code and it is reading P0601 which means Bad PCM. I enjoy being able to make an appointment. 3 times before, I couldn't because I was just getting an oil change and the service reception said they don't make appointments for oil changes. My previous before, I couldn't because I was just getting an oil change and the service reception said they don't make appointments for oil changes. My previous oil changes had all taken over two hours (bad coffee, uncomfortable chairs, flickering tv reception) enough said. This time I was actually offered the shuttle when Larry came out and informed me that they needed some parts from another shop. Even though it took a while to complete the repairs at least Larry came out in a timely fashion to tell me. Unlike the first time I was there and a winch broke and everyone allowed all us customers to wait without informing us of what happened. I was very pleased with my visit this time. But I still recommend a new coffee maker, blech. Oh and you should have wifi for us tech geeks who dont mind waiting if there is Internet available. Also that time that the winch broke, I had complained and asked why it was taking so long (before I knew the winch broke) and the service manager (skinny dark blonde younger guy) had the xxxxx to ask me to give him a 10 on the CSI survey. Lol I work for Chrysler CAC and I just about laughed in his face. More
