Chris was a good guy, he was really good actually. The supervisor on the phone was a good guy, more than reasonable. First off, I had a hitch that was to be put on my 2008 Honda Odyssey (Touring Edition) and I had an appointment I had made. I showed up and spoke to Chris. Come to find out they never ordered the parts so I drove all the way from Ogden to Sandy for basically a joy ride. I told Chris I expected to be compensated, he asked how, and I said, how about GAS! So he made a call two or two and told me the parts would be ordered and to bring the vehicle back on "E" so he could compensate me with a full tank of gas. I thanked him, and told him when I needed this hitch by, he said I would hear from them by the early part of next week. Well the following week week came and I had to call them. The parts had barely come in, which explains why nobody called yet, an they scheduled me ASAP. I went in, got checked in by a super guy, an hour and a half later while waiting with three small children I get called on my cell, the wrong parts were ordered, and with warranty stuff they wanted to do, they would be keeping it for at least another day. So the car rental doesn't come with comparable vehicle, they come with this dinky miniature compact, and the 3 car seats wouldn't fit, so they got me a Jeep Liberty. I call the next day it won't be done, but it will be done the next day. I ask about the tire issue which I was told I would get two new tires (2 worn tires on the back Not the DEALERSHIPS FAULT LHM HONDA in MURRAY takes the fall for that one) I am told they are going to "Rotate" the tires... Anyway I called Corporate Headquarters to complain, about forty five minutes later I got a call from the "Supervisor" of service, they will put on a new tire if I'll pay for the other tire at their cost, mounting and balance on they're dime. Better than nothing, so I agree. When I got there to pick up the vehicle at 3:00 pm the next day it was completely finished, and detailed, no gas, but all the work was done, and Chris treated me like a King! Paid for tire, moved all the car seats back into our wonderful new Honda Odyssey Touring Edition and rode home in style!!! I Love this car, love my purchase, service wasn't horrible just aggravating, people like Chris and his supervisor made up for everyone else's dropping the ball. Overall I wasn't happy with the rest of my experience other than Chris and the supervisor I spoke with on the phone about the tires after I called corporate headquarters. It doesn't hurt to complain when your UNHAPPY, things can get fixed to make you satisfied. More
First and worst experience with a dealership after moving to new mexico. Customer service should be rated zero, not one. No other service group I have had the vehicle checked out at (4 that I can remember) recommended the same repairs. Since the dealership did this 'bonus, inspection they did not call to give me this information till after the service department was closed. This of course was only after I was calling every 30 min for the last 3 hours they were open. When I asked to get my car back that evening, it was only noted that the cashiers and personnel that could access the vehicle had already gone home for the day. This really put my wife and I far out of our way and off schedule the next morning when we had to pick up the vehicle all for something they did without consent. This is just my story. I wish I had asked around before going to this dealer's service department. My wife and I both found countless horror stories about this location through co-workers and classmates. Do yourself a favor and either get in close with the Larry H Miller mafia, or just go to another location. More
Our 2-month-old new truck was stuck in park. Called Andy in Service and was told to call the tow company listed in the owner's manual. The tow company said they couldn't tow it for free because Chrysler's p in Service and was told to call the tow company listed in the owner's manual. The tow company said they couldn't tow it for free because Chrysler's policy was that if it was stuck in park, the owner had to pay and then request reimbursement from Chrysler. I called Andy back and told him the situation. He said he would contact them but in the meantime, he gave me a local company to tow it instead (for free). They were prompt and courteous with their pick-up. Andy called to say there would be a delay in fixing the truck because the part was hard to find and would have to be ordered from Denver. It came in and the Service immediately fixed it and we were able to pick it up after hours the day it was done. Andy was extremely helpful in resolving the problem with the towing and very good about keeping us informed as to the status of our vehicle. Also I appreciated being able to pick it up after hours because of my husband's work hours. Thanks to everyone in the Service department that helped with this repair! More
Andy was not very friendly, detail-oriented, and thorough and was slightly argumentative, as usual. In the end, he did take care of us, but is lacking in friendly customer service. In addition, we have had to repair, replace and deal with the problems of the rotors on our Chrysler Town & Country too often, replaced twice, and the car only has 27,000 miles on it. In addition, I brought the car in two months ago for the same problem and it was not addressed and now we had to replace. Perhaps we could have avoided it. However, we are satisfied with the work. More
I wanted some larger tires and wheels for my 2011 Ram 1500 along with a leveling kit. I had been shopping the competition because I had no idea the dealer offered this type of service! I always figured the dealer was the evil place you took your truck when no one else could fix it! I was in to get an oil change, and asked service some technical wheel questions of Chris in service at which point I was directed to Jake in parts. Not only was Jake able to easily answer all the questions that the competition could not, but he surprised me by beating my next lowest price for the tire-wheel-lift package by nearly $500! Unbelievable! I ended up with exactly what I wanted without the compromises the competition was telling me i'd have to make for considerably less money! Due to the great communication skills of the staff, and the excellent, knowledgeable service I've had to date at LHM Dodge, I've decided the dealer is the only entity, other than myself, that gets to touch my truck! As stated in my first review, my vehicle was not washed when returned to me. However, when I get my 2004 GMC Serria serviced at Jerry Seiners GMC they always return the vehicle washed. I find it funny that you want a reply on a good visit but I get no response from a poor experience that I had on the visit the week prior. It took longer for an oil change and tire rotation than emmision and inspection. What is going on with that? Yes the oil change was on a Saturday, but 1.5 hrs? come on! The emission and inspection was a bout one hour, and diring the week. I did call in but they told me to be there in less than 30 minutes, that was no problem infact it worked out great. I paid for the package to have the oil changed, The emissions is a lifetime deal. So the only cost that I encured on this visit was the fuel cap would not pass the pressure test. $20.00 that is fair. Just ironic that you only seem to care about the good experinces. I feel that you should find out why people are not happy and fix that. GH More

It seems the $ 1002.21 is pretty excessive for around 6 hours of work. That's $167 per hour. It's been a while since I've owned an older vehicle. Maybe I'm out of touch with service rates. You might need to help me feel better about that charge. I would change my recommendation answer to a "Maybe", if it were a choice. Next time I'll probably check with other dealers/independent shops before getting a repair done at LHM. Sorry for the honest feedback. Your guys were great, and the work seems fine too. It was just a shocker getting a bill for $2K. More
