The dealership seems disorganized as a whole with some poor communication within, but my service with my personal Jeep technician, Brandon, was great The dealership seems disorganized as a whole with some poor communication within, but my service with my personal Jeep technician, Brandon, was great and he made sure all issues were handled in a timely matter and fixed well. I just wish they had a better system/customer service overall as the lead technicians probably don’t get the credit they deserve due to circumstances they cannot control. More

Huge, large dealership with lots of support staff and tons of employees everywhere. Made a service appointment for a specific day and time, yet they still took 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire tons of employees everywhere.
