I was sent a quote of one price, arrived to pick up vehicle and was given a different price. Granted it was a lower price, communication would have been great to know this. Service was great as usual. Finished earlier than expected which was good since we live an hour away from the dealership. All persons who we interfaced with were very professional and answered all my questions. The only issue that I have had at the dealership was with the warranty manager. I was 2 weeks out of warranty and bought the jeep in for service and asked the service manager what the bubbling around the door hinges was. He sent me to the body shop. I spoke to a person there and she told me that the bubbling was rust and it was a known issue on the jeeps. She sent me to the warranty manager and his response was sorry nothing can be done as you are out of warranty. Pretty sad that Jeep won’t take care of a known problem even if I was out of warranty by 2 weeks. Makes me think about shopping around this year for a different vehicle instead of a jeep. Other that this last issue all has been good for the past 4 years. More
I took my Wrangler in this morning for service. I had an appointment at 7am and right on the dot someone greeted me, we went over what I needed addressed. The gentleman assisting me then introduced me to my point of contact Assistant Service Manager Jeremy Packer. He kept me updated on service timeline as well as providing me with a very thorough explanation of services and quotes. The service dept took video/ pictures of issues and Jeremy explained it all, even breaking down each service that could be provided. There was no pressure or trying to upsell me on things my vehicle didn't require. The service was done promptly and the customer service was white glove! They provided courtesy uber transportation and if you decide to stay in the lobby, they have a comfortable setup with courtesy snacks/beverages. I was very surprised by the level of service I received as going to any car dealership for sales or service can be a nightmare. I will absolutely be returning for ongoing maintenance/ routine care for my Jeep. More

Seems they did not assign a representative for my service until I inquired near the end of the day and after being dropped off by appointment 8 hrs earlier. At the end of the day, and not originally, was told someone was assigned but diagnostic would take 12-24 hrs. Next day was told it may be done at the end of the day, or next morning. Following day at 12:30 I was told wrong part delivered and they would get a new part the next day. Then, for some reason, around 4:00 was texted that my vehicle was ready for pick up by 5:45. Text communications were not timely and difficult to make sense of. Hard to believe the process took 3 full days. More
