Brad was very responsive and gave me a very competitive bid. Unfortunately it was for a Limited Dodge, which was out of my budgeted price range. I can’t remember the last time I left a bad review. I feel like I called in and gave every opportunity for them to make it right before I did this. You can decide if these are the type of people you would like to do business with. I came in and bought a Dodge Challenger. The process seem to be smooth enough but there was a lot of fallout. I found out a month later that they ran my credit 30 separate times which dropped my score an insane amount of points preventing me from getting a HELOC for my home. After about a month the car started breaking down. I feel very fortunate I was convinced to get the extended warranty through the dealership because there have been about $10,000 worth of repairs and months of the vehicle sitting in the shop. The warranty covered most of the repairs. Aside from brittle windshield that couldn’t make it through the winter without cracking from the cold , and Brimbo brakes that were on their last leg that needed to be replaced in a matter of six months. The argument can be made for wear and tear and I see that, but that being said it is unfortunate that six months after buying a vehicle the AC goes out, and the brakes need to be replaced along with the windshield cracking across the entire length of the car. Honestly a lot of this can be chopped up too bad luck. Where there is no excuse is how I was treated as a customer. The sales and service side were pushing the blame on each other instead of taking ownership and trying to fix the problem. My car sitting untouched for the better part of a month in the shop while waiting on parts that weren’t ordered. When the parts finally arrives they tried to fix my AC and only managed to partially repair it. The good news is that I only had to pay a deductible and take the hit while my car say there for almost a month to have it not fixed. I was obviously very frustrated at this point and asked the service manager to make it right for me. He agreed that he would help on some of the other repairs which I was grateful for. After about three months the part that we needed finally arrived. The car was finally fixed and then it came time to settle up. I noticed that I was being charged a second deductible for the AC. I don’t know about you guys but I don’t understand why I would pay two deductibles for the same fix. I assumed it was a misunderstanding but when I addressed it with Cody the service manager he told me that it had been too long in between the times that the car was seen and that if I was to drive the car a certain amount of miles that I would have to pay a second deductible. To be honest I wouldn’t have gone a single mile if they managed to do the job right the first time, and if it didn’t take them two months to get a part in so they could charge me for a second deductible. What really irks me is how Cody handled it. I was trying to understand his point of view and when we started disagree he decided to threaten me by charging me full retail for the brakes and take away the discount he had previously offered. Needless to say I paid the second deductible. I’m honestly shocked that someone like this can find themselves in a management position. I own a company myself and I would never let someone works for me that treated customers like this. So as a short recap if you’re looking to buy a lemon vehicle, and have your credit destroyed in the process, then be threatened by the service department AND leave your new car in their garage for months then this is the place for you. More

I really wasnt planning on buying a car. My daughter went in to look at a Wrangler and I always liked her Compass she already had. I saw a Compass on the lot I liked.
