I’ve had enough of the terrible service at Larry H. Miller Dodge. I purchased a three-oil change package, thinking it would make things easier, but every visit has been a disappointment. Every single time I go for a simple oil change, they somehow find new ways to let me down. First, they never complete all the services included in the oil change. Then, when it comes to additional repairs, they don’t give upfront costs or clear explanations. But yesterday was the final straw—waiting four hours for a simple oil change, only to realize they hadn’t even started until I asked what was taking so long. Four hours of my time wasted with zero communication, no accountability, and not a single manager in sight. It’s shocking to see how far this dealership has fallen under the new management. I’m done with this place and will be letting everyone know about the horrible service and the complete lack of care or responsibility. More

Worst costumer service ever. Had my car for almost a week and never even looked at it for 5 days even though I set an appointment with them. They don’t answer the phone ever! When you call it takes you to an automated message that says their phones aren’t working and they don’t know when it will be fixed. Beyond frustrating. Then I got my car home and it’s not running right. They broke something in the process of fixing it so it’s back at the dealership, been there for 2 days and they haven’t even got around to looking at what they did to my vehicle. I will never return to this dealership again! Absolutely ridiculous More
