This visit was the worst customer service I’ve received here in 20 years! My Jeep was in there for nearly 3 weeks for a 3-4 hour job. I’m very appreciative to the service department. Saturday morning I replaced the fuel filters in my ram 3500. The front filter was leaking, I couldn’t get it to stop. I called service at 2:00pm on a Saturday morning I replaced the fuel filters in my ram 3500. The front filter was leaking, I couldn’t get it to stop. I called service at 2:00pm on a Saturday to ask if I could bring my truck in. I got there at 2:35 pm, talked to the guys they said they would take a look. The mechanic in the back was able to fix a kink I had in the o-ring stopped the leak. It’s now 4:30pm Brandon helps me with delivering my truck back to me. I was so happy at this point I was willing to pay what ever the cost was so I didn’t have to deal with this problem on Monday. They didn’t charge me anything!! To give a dealership 30 minutes notice I was bringing my truck in and have them even take a look at it much less fix it for me, I couldn’t believe it. Thank you to Steve, Brandon, the mechanic and a couple of other guys who’s names I didn’t get, thank you for your customer service!! More
