We were shopping for a new truck, comparing prices with 3 different dealerships. All of these companies were trying to find us what we needed, and were eager to help. He always came back with a soulution if I told him I needed better prices on my trade or the new vehicle. One of the other companies was Dave Smith Motors from Kellogg, ID. I understand they are pretty hard to beat. Clint and your company beat their price, and were friendlier!! Mike with your finace department was also very nice, and made the paperwork process pretty painless, even at10 pm when he should have been on his way out the door! More

I was assured I would not receive emails, this is the 5th one. Clint the salesman was great. I did not get the interest rate quoted from the salesman. Leather treatment is another cost added but not requested. 3rd party service contract was already added to the contract prior to agreeing to it. I have purchased more than 8 new vehicles from the same Chrysler salesman in Rock Springs in the past 25 years. None of the above mentioned issues has ever come up. It seemed to me that after the commitment was made to go ahead with the purchase, extra costs were attempted to be added under the guise that they are insignificant in comparison to the purchase price. The salesman, Gus, did everything he could to get us right where we wanted on price, payment, and down payment. He gave us the very best price for our used trade in. Wade was a very helpful Financial guy and got everything done in a timely manner. We even had our license plates lost and he had the issue fixed the same day I called him. Larry is always good in the service department and makes sure the car is all working just as it should be. Overall, one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with and a great customer service program. Would recommend to everyone!! More
When the bank told us that we could now pickout the Jeep we wanted, My sons went to Stephen Wade in St George. So back on Line and found the dealer in Sandy, Daniel answered the phone, told him what we want, he went to work sent us 2 pictures of a silver jeep and a deep cherry red. The deep cherry red one was chosen had all the things we wanted and then some. Daniel and my bank "zions" made it happen. My son brought a check up and pickup up the Jeep and drove it back to St George, with a dozen roses and 2 jeep hats. I'm the proud owner of 2011 Sarah Jeep and I love it. Thanks Sharlett More
Suprisingly easy visit. Wasnt really expecting to buy a car that day..but we were given a deal we simply could not pass up. All the paperwork went fast and efficently. I had an exhaust leak coming from the manifold on the right side of the engine. The sales tech told me that both were leaking, "the right side was just worse". The price tag $805. Ridiculous. I decided to show up at the dealer and check it out myself. While inspecting the vehicle with the tech, he explained that it is recommended that they are done in pairs. The left side was in fact NOT leaking. I agree that it is best to do it that way either...but for the sales guy to tell the customer that they are BOTH leaking? Dishonest at best. And don't get me started on price. I understand that all\most dealers\car shops use ALLDATA. While a job may take the tech 1 hour to complete, the dealerships charge what ALLDATA quotes...2.7 hours for example. Again...a farce and a disgrace. More
I had a problem with my nav/radio/bluetooth screen. It locked when I was on a bluetooth call in my truck and wouldnt reset (it actually disabled all navi/radio/setup buttons) and was draining my batterry locked when I was on a bluetooth call in my truck and wouldnt reset (it actually disabled all navi/radio/setup buttons) and was draining my batterry even with the engine turned off. Went to service on 7/11/11 but it was closed. I talked to John Durfey in Sales and he willingly helped to resolve the issue. He went and got tools to disconnect my battery. The disconnnect actually reset the sytem and all panel functions started working again. What a savior he was. He went beyond the call of duty. Much appreciated. Jerry Bartos 801-671-6443 More

Clint was very personable, but we had a little misunderstanding regarding the offer I made on the vehicle. We were actually signing papers with Mike before the discrepancy was discovered, so the misunderstanding regarding the offer I made on the vehicle. We were actually signing papers with Mike before the discrepancy was discovered, so the negotiation was a little strained. We did eventually come to an agreement though and I believe both parties found it acceptable. My only complaint is that the vehicle is not satellite radio ready as we were led to believe during the test drive. More
