Working with the financing department has been the biggest nightmare EVER! I have never seen a more unorganized department in my life. I've been working with them for over a month and it seems each week I get another phone call about something they forgot to get or do. I sent in paperwork and told them to let me know if they got it and a week went by before he called to say the app didn't go through. My co-signer has had to send in paperwork twice, fill out the online app 7 times because the system wasn't working and now I get ANOTHER call, after I've been told everything is taken care of, requesting yet ANOTHER piece of documentation. This is what they do for a living, how do they not know what paperwork the bank will need?? This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It should not take this long to complete a purchase of a vehicle no matter what. I'm extremely unhappy with my experience. More
A defective tire sensor was identified on my new 2014 RAM 3500 truck. Unfortunately the replacement part was on back-order.
