PROS: I want to say up front Sean Stanley is AWESOME. CON #1: I have had non-stop problems with the 4x4 system in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee since buying it used 5 months ago. The Service 4X4 warning po CON #1: I have had non-stop problems with the 4x4 system in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee since buying it used 5 months ago. The Service 4X4 warning pops on every time we have tried to use it. We take it in to be serviced, It works when it comes back from the shop and all seems fine.. A few weeks later we try to enable it and it does not work again. It is now going in for the 4th time to be repaired in the morning. CONS #2: When the vehicle was in the shop for an oil change, one of the drivers hit a wall and damaged the passenger rear bumper resulting in the vehicle having to go into the body shop for 4+ days. CON # 3: The rear hatch door needed new lift struts.. The door would come down on my head in the cold.. This happened 2 days after we bought the vehicle.. Took it in and nothing was done. I spent $60 and replaced them myself. CON #4: The front driver and passenger power windows are slow to go up.. This has been a problem from the day we got the vehicle. The shop "repaired" them. They still have problems going up.. Looks like I will have to fix this myself as well. CON #5: Drivers side door has a whistling door seal since the day we purchased the vehicle.. The door was "adjusted" by the shop.. It still whistles.. SUMMARY: I am not impressed at this time with what has been done. Time will tell if the shop will "dazzle" me tomorrow. UPDATE: Well my experience with this most recent visit was not a pleasant one. Riley was rude when I suggested that they look into replacing the connector on the shift motor which the had one a prior attempt to repair the problem was corroded. They had sprayed it with a chemical cleaner, which obviously did not remedy the problem. Instead of explaining to me that the service company under which the service contract is written requires them to go through a list of steps to resolve an issue, he told me if I was willing to pay for the connector then sure, no problem and walked away from me. Cody (department manager) just gave me the smiling face and nodding head treatment explaining that there was a $3000 harness involved and they just could not do that. Then went on to say, "well there are replacement pins available, if we find that the pins are indeed bad". When I returned to get my vehicle, There was no paper work to sign off on, nothing said to me about what was done other than they replaced the connector.. The guy just got my key from the office and took me out to my vehicle.. They did not drive it out or say think you for coming in or anything.. Simply, the sooner that I left, the better.. Funny how they actually "found a connector in the parts bin" and replaced it. So far it seems to be working.. But I will never recommend this shop again to anyone. UPDATE: May 6th 2014 Once more the service light is back on again.. Off to the dealer we go... not too excited about dealing with them any more.. we shall see. More

The person that I spoke to was Riley and he referred me to Steve and they were both so kind and I was out of there is a short time. I seems that whenever I bring my car in they always do an excellent job as well as keeping and making us feel special.I will continue to buy my autos from LHM and would and have referred people to the dealership. Brought my Pacifica in for alignment. When I called I Brought my Pacifica in for alignment. When I called I asked the price and was quoted $79.00. When I went to pay for it the price was $99.00. I just suggest that they let you know that the lower price is for 2 wheel drive and the higher price is for All Wheel Drive. I would not have been surprised. Also, I have owned my Pacifica for 9 years and I really like my car. BUT, No one has ever told me that you need to get an alignment everytime you get new tires. As a result I just put my FIFTH set of new tires on this week. This is only the second time that the car has been aligned in nine years! I couldn't figure it out till now. No one could even tell me what schedule there if for that service at Larry Miller or the place I purchased the tires! Why would that be? Especially since I have asked? I suggest you try to be more proactive with information. Thanks More

We met Brice Marshall at the Auto Show in January. We wanted to see the new Cherokee without the hovering of a salesman! Brice was very informative and personable and respected our 'space.' He assured us he would make purchasing a new Cherokee a pleasant experience, which it was. We made an appointment to meet with him the following week and ordered our Cherokee.
