So i drove out with a New Jeep Wrangler 4 door. Katie was on top of everything and did all the paper work and work with me as i had my 6 year old grandduagther with me and made both of us feel great for the time we where there. And Katie made it a great move to my 2 door jeep to a 4 door jeep. All of my things were moved into my new jeep by the service department she advised to have done. More
Jeep Patriot Katie was just great. She remembered us from when we came there with our daughter to buy her Jeep Compass and she stepped in right away to help. She Katie was just great. She remembered us from when we came there with our daughter to buy her Jeep Compass and she stepped in right away to help. She made sure that we got a good deal and pointed out the broken windshield that I might have missed. She followed up with us to make sure the windshield was replaced and even gave us a loaner car while the windshield was being replaced. The only problem was my wife fell in love with the Grand Cherokee that was loaned to us and now she wants one. More

While there we were interested in looking at a Durrango. Katie was able to help us find a used 2013 with hardly any miles on it. Nic and Katie were both very helpful and awesome to work with. After calling around the valley and getting the price I wanted to update my review of Nathan Garza. Earlier this year I blew a tire out on my jeep. After calling around the valley and getting the price of tires, I realized that I was going to pay a lot of money. I finally called Nathan to see if he could help. I had not talked to him for a year and a half, he called the service department, helped me get a decent price on tires, and set up the appointment for me. Thanks to Nathan, I saved hundreds of dollars! Recently, I sent a family member to Nathan to buy a used car. Nathan spent 4 - 5 hours helping them find their car. He was VERY patient and respectful, even at the end of the day when my family was getting tired and grumpy and probably didn't deserve it :-) Thank you for your help and just being a decent person! More

Great Service, Fantastic Salesman! I received an email regarding current specials and though I was out of state I requested information and was contacted by Brad. Throughout the next se I received an email regarding current specials and though I was out of state I requested information and was contacted by Brad. Throughout the next several days Brad helped me over the phone and via text to find a vehicle that would fit my specific needs and price point. What they gave me for my trade-in and the price on the vehicle was a better deal by far than what offers I had in Las Vegas. Brad was extremely patient as I nailed down vehicles I would consider (Under a certain mileage, specific brand/model, specific price point, etc). When we arrived at the dealership that day's desk manager had us haggling over the price again, despite Brad's obvious frustration and ours. I had explained to him very clearly that I wouldn't drive 6 hours and sign if the deal wasn't what was discussed before I made the trip. He understood and assured me he'd already run it by finance and his manager. However, in the end we got the deal we wanted in the vehicle we wanted with the price we wanted and still received an additional warranty. Our salesman was completely professional and fantastic to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Brad's assistance to friends and family. We were very pleased with the outcome and actually consider this the best car buying experience we've had in the past 12+ years. More

We were in and out within in just over two hours with one of the most non "haggling" experiences in buying a car ever. Got what we wanted for our trade in (without having to go back and forth) and drove away in a shiny new Jeep that we both loved. Initially a good experience, but The experience at the time of sale was good, but long (6+ hrs). Most of my questions were answered satisfactorily. It was an enjoyable time, actually. The experience at the time of sale was good, but long (6+ hrs). Most of my questions were answered satisfactorily. It was an enjoyable time, actually. Everyone was kind and friendly and patient. The problem came when I mentioned the sale price. It was supposed to include a $1000 cash back bonus (as stated on every Jeep Wrangler on their website). Turns out there was "fine print" you had to do a little clicking to see that it was not an automatic cash back. Not a big fan of more or less "bait and switch" pricing. Plus, it was not explained clearly to me when I asked about it while at the dealership. It was basically brushed aside. I was upset most of the weekend until they called me one evening to see how I was enjoying the Jeep. I explained my unhappiness and to their credit they did a little research (even they were not sure of the incentives) while I was on the phone and explained everything to me. It made me less unhappy, but still not satisfied. To end this on a positive, however, I do love the Jeep. More
