Horrible customer service Collin assumed I was upset with the information he was giving me before I had a chance to speak. After 1st visit, a few days later after doing some homework, I was better prepared to revisit the prospect of buying a new car. I called Sal and set a follow up appt. I wasn't sure if I was in buying mode or not, but Sal had the car ready for me and through his product knowledge professional, but not pushy approach, I left that day with a new car.
