Helping a Army Wife while Soldier is away. I am a Army Wife of 17 years now and currently don't have my soldier with me to help me with everyday life because he is stationed away for now. I have been needing to get a truck for my business and have been worried about going in because I didnt know what I was doing. I don't know trucks very well. Thankfully I met Andrew on the Larry H. Miller website and he was truly amazing! He set up an appointment to get me in, met me at the door, and was with me through every step of the way so I felt comfortable during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the different trucks they had on the lot but made sure they were ones that I wanted. I didn't feel pushed into something I didn't want in any way. If anything Andrew and his team helped me get into a truck that I wasn't sure would fit into my budget but they did!! They worked with me till the payments were where I wanted and fit within my budget. They really went all out in helping this Military Mom, Andrew even offered to go get me dinner while the running boards got put on my truck since it was dinner time. Talk about going the extra mile! Everyone that I talked to was very kind and helpful, from the front desk to financing, they really took the time to answer any questions I had and make sure I was comfortable. Andrew also made sure I knew my truck inside and out before I left so I wasn't overwhelmed. To take that extra time after the sale meant a lot because I didn't feel like I was JUST a sale. I truly feel like the people working at this dealership care about their customers and it's not just sales and numbers. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership but even more so my new friend Andrew Nye! He will do everything he can to make sure you walk away happy and have a wonderful experience. By the time we arrived at the dealership, we noticed a very nice white truck sitting out front. He brought that out just for us to see the moment we got there. We ended up going with a different truck that John was able to point out. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable with his approach. He wanted to help us find the truck that we wanted. Service was unacceptable and Sales/Business Mgr Misleading When I purchased my truck your company sold me a extended warranty stated that it was bumper to bumper. Brought my truck in for service it was a faile When I purchased my truck your company sold me a extended warranty stated that it was bumper to bumper. Brought my truck in for service it was a failed sensor in the exhaust system. Requested that the warranty should cover it and was told that it does not. Not sure how to trust this dealership? The service writer did help on the bill, however when I picked the truck up after 6 days they had left the window open and the inside of my truck was a mess. We just bought a new Lexus for Larry Miller also not sure I will ever buy another car or truck from them. Very unhappy!! More
Resolution to the issue I had a problem with the paint on my 2016 Ram 1500 and in working with Cory Nana man I was able to get everything resolved. Cory was very fair and I am very appreciative of the The assistance that Cory gave me through this whole process. I would refer people to this dealership because of Cory every day of the week. I would also like to mention Cody in service in my opinion is the best service manager that I have ever met in my life very personable and also assisted in getting I always ask for Sean in the service department because he is a lot like I am and very detail oriented and I am very appreciative of his great work and very personable demeanor. I would refer everyone to the service department especially because of Cody and Sean . I feel like Sean is my own personal mechanic even though I know he's not I am thankful that I am able to work with him when I go to the dealership. Again I would refer anyone to this dealership and also to their service department because of the people that I have named in this review. There are not enough stars below to rate Cory and the Larry H Miller Sandy dealership and Cody and his mechanics, Five stars is not enough I would give them a 10 star rating More
