Darren Duhn insisted that he would give us the best deal for our trade in and was going to throw in all these rebates as well. We decided? to trust him and made the difficult trip over. First he set us up with a completely different person, so we had to explain everything to him all over again. This was quite frustrating. After test driving a couple vehicles, we found one which might work. I was Only considering trading in my car that I Love to get a truck which would better fit my husband's wheelchair and was supposed to be a lower monthly payment than we currently had on our vehicle. We told the guy our budget and what do they do? They come back with a monthly payment that is higher than my current monthly payment! I'm taking about about $200 more than I'm currently paying now! And they insisted that we would need to put a down payment as well at the wire they have us for the trade in was as low as could be, even though Darren had promised to give us the higher range for our trade in. When he saw that we were becoming upset, he sent Darren over, who went back and forth about ways we could come up with a down payment. He even suggested just keeping my car and not trading it in and just buying the truck as well! Then we could have both! All this After we had explained that we were on a budget because I'm the only provider for our family because of my husband's disability. We explained this before ever going down there! They were pushy about a down payment and had no respect for the fact that my husband had to struggle so much to get down there. They care Only about making a sale and do not care if they put your family through a dire financial struggle. Stay Away from this dealership. They will ruin your day! My poor husband is still suffering in bed from all that run around today. They don't do what they promise. Shame on you!!!! I know why you have such bad reviews now. More
