Bought a great Jeep Cherokee with the options I wanted. I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, except black upholstery. Black holds too much heat in the summer. I was discouraged until Ken told me that the upholstery could be changed...Yippee!!! I chose several colors and narrowed it down to one. Ken called me when the rep was there. They were concerned that I wouldn't be happy with my choice. The rep and Ken talked to me and explained their points. The color that was recommended was actually my first choice, I just didn't think it was available. I'm excited to get the new ones. Ken, Dante, Mike and Carolyn were very helpful and went along with my silly jokes. Ken kept in touch with me on the whole deal. He talked with me on his days off answering my questions. That doesn't happen with most employees for large purchases. Ken also helped my son find a car. It's a great car. I recommend Ken all the time!! I know Ken and expected him to know his business. He went above and beyond. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone with whom I dealt!. More

Quality of overall experience exceeded my expectations. I was actually pre-disposed towards another make of the truck before learning more about the Dodge Ram 2500. Ken Labrum assisted me with a number of aftermarket customization selections and then ensured a quick turnaround. It saved me time and money and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. This was our first company vehicle purchased and it won’t be the last one we get it from him. More

Since my wait was likely to take a while, I was willing to look at some of the stock when Jasmine offered to show me around while my Jeep was being worked on. We drove a few of the newer models and while they were amazing cars, I still did not want to go through buying one. Only after I actually started to listen to what Jasmine and AJ were telling me about these Wranglers, did I really want one. They worked with me while I was being difficult through the process and making ridiculous requests. The entire process wasn't nearly as painful as when I have purchased vehicles before. I was given a great deal and talked through what I was agreeing to. Even when I met with Mike to review my financing, I felt that my time was well spent. I have recommended this dealership to several of my collegues and friends. More

Another crooked car salesman Sold us a van he knew didn't run. We live a long ways away and were in a hurry to make a purchase. We refused to make a 2+ hour drive unless we had a deal in place. We were buying a one year old vehicle and being from a big car dealer didn't really worry about purchasing a lemon. I guess that was our mistake. We arrived somewhat late, and to our surprise the vehicle was running. We asked why and he said he wanted it "cool" for us. Okay? After looking at it we decided to buy it, he told us to leave it running so his guys can detail it and fill it with gas. First problem the deal he offered on the phone isn't what it was when we made the 2hr drive. I got upset threatened to walk, and they fixed it. Knowing we where in a hurry, we got the pleasant experience of haggling on price anyways even though we had thought we had settled on a price before we had gotten there! We walked out and the vehicle was running again, while it struck us as odd we didn't really give it a second thought. We got done, drove 2+ hours home, and next morning the vehicle doesn't start! Took it to our local mechanic and it pulled over 70 codes! We are lucky because it is still under the manufacturers warranty and hopefully will be fixed. Definitely not the experience you want to have when buying a new/used vehicle and we will never do business with a LH Miller dealership again. Stay away from these crooks. They did tell us to drive back up there and they would take a look at it to there credit. However as I had told him 100 times, we are currently building our own home and don't have time for 2+ hour joy rides. More
