Service The first time I had an encounter with the service department, I was disappointed. I went in to get a key fob made up for my Jeep Renegade. I was called on Wednesday to confirm that the part was in, and was told to show up at 7 am on Saturday to get the remote programmed. I arrived, checked in and was told it would take about 45 minutes, so I went to the customer lounge, Over two hours later, after contacting the salesman who sold me the car, he finally got back to me and the shop told him that the remote wasn't in. so I went home, very upset. I was contacted the following week and was told that the part was in, and I could come in Saturday to have the remote programmed. I was told the same thing, that it would only take 45 minutes. an hour and a half later, the work was completed. The next time I took my car in to have routine service (I have a service contract) I was told that I could come in on Saturday, first come, first served. I arrived early and was first in line. I was told that the service would take 45 minutes (see a pattern here?). An hour and a half later the service was completed. More

Made a mistake and fixed it immediately. When doing an oil change the oil pan was broken. Also, a lug stud was snapped off.
