Before I contacted Riley I had been in the market for a vehicle for 13 months dealing with the annoyance of other dealers promising what they could not deliver when it came to close on the deal. The vehicles I test drove and researched the most was the Toyota RAV4, VW Tiguan, Subaru Forester, and Jeep Cherokee. When I contacted Riley he asked all the right probing questions and actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle down to every detail; other dealers were so poor they even quoted me on the wrong model of vehicle. Once we found the exact trim and packages I wanted then Riley easily gave me an unmatched price that he was able to keep his promise on. The closing, including all paperwork, was efficient. I felt like everything was thorough all the way down to them covering the features of my new vehicle. After 5 months of driving my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite I'm still in love. Next time I get a vehicle I will most likely be getting another Jeep and it will definitely be through this dealership. More
